Jain Food is completely lacto-vegetarian and also excludes root and underground vegetables such as potato, garlic, onion etc., to prevent injuring small insects and microorganisms; and also to prevent the entire plant getting uprooted and killed.

To cater to the Jain cuisine, Kappra recommends:

  • Any of our drinks, except the Latte En Rose (which is naturally coloured using detoxifying beetroot)

  • Any of our desserts (cookies, cakes, puddings, granola)

  • Any of the smoothie bowls (“Angel” Acai Berry Bowl. “Gemini” Green, Let the “Man Go”) - and if you’d like us to not decorate with yours with micro-edible flowers, just ask!

  • Bazil “Bizu” Bruschetta (so good!)

  • Easy switches we’ll make - speak to the Kappra Staff, anytime!

    • “Velvet” Avo (without the radish/beet pickle!)

    • Tofu Teriyaki (with a mayo-base instead of the Spicy Island one)

  • For the Supreme Cream flavors, Spicy and Marsala are perfect but not Garlic-Herb
