Jae/Je (เจ) Food through a Buddhist lens is eating while being actively mindful of your thoughts and actions, therefore refraining from eating meat or any animal byproduct (similar to veganism) in order to cleanse their body. It also excludes four kinds of pungent vegetables: garlic, onion, Chinese single bulbed garlic, and Chinese chives.

To cater to the Jae/เจ dietary requirements, Kappra recommends:

  • Any of our drinks!

  • Any of our desserts (cookies, cakes, puddings, granola)

  • Any of the smoothie bowls (“Angel” Acai Berry Bowl. “Gemini” Green, Let the “Man Go”)

  • Smoked 24 Carrot, Buffalo “Ribs”, Bazil “Bizu” Bruschetta, “Velvet” Avo (all so good!)

  • Easy switches we’ll make - speak to the Kappra Staff, anytime!

    • Tofu Teriyaki (with a mayo-base instead of the Spicy Island one)

  • For the Supreme Cream flavors, Spicy and Marsala are perfect but not Garlic-Herb
