To Evaluate With Respect To Your Food Choices and Your Sensitivity to Gluten:
If you’re mildly sensitive to gluten, we wouldn’t recommend any of our cookies/cakes but could encourage you to visit (perhaps with your own evaluation/research or speak to a physician) sourdough breads because they are famously gut-friendly and easily digestible. That’s why we only serve our cafe cuisine with freshly baked “classical” sourdough from Holey Artisan Bakery. Essentially, the bread goes through a fermentation process that gives it prebiotic and probiotic qualities, including better gut health & digestion, while not spiking your blood-sugar levels. Depending on the varieties of gluten that you’re sensitive to, you can evaluate whether you’d try any of our kati-roll wraps (which are made from a blend of whole-wheat flour, atta (not-refined wheat flour), and their herb/colorful flavors).
If your gluten tolerance is lower, and you would like to avoid all forms of it completely, we recommend a selection from our menu that do not use any glutinous products in the recipe:

Chai-spice granola (oat-based)
Any of the smoothie bowls (“Angel” Acai Berry Bowl. “Gemini” Green, Let the “Man Go”)
Puddings (Strawberry-Chocolate Chia Pudding, Mango-Pashion Chia Pudding or our “Puffin” Fresh Soy Pudding)

However, if you have extreme allergic reactions and require a fully gluten-free kitchen facility, we wouldn’t recommend ordering a meal with Kappra just yet!
